not mt. tarawera but really impressive light!
maybe because of all the sulfur in the air

mt. tarawera - finally a visible volcano ;)
H: doesn't look like a volcano, or? Have a look at the view from the satelite:

The whole range of mountains was split apart by the eruption; our view angle is from the upper left, so we see next to nothing of the dramatic fissures this eruption created.
